Technical Services Librarian
Under the direction of the Associate Law Librarian/Head of Technical Services, this person is responsible for supervising staff and coordinating activities of the Bibliographic Control Unit, creating bibliographic records for all library materials, and for the administration of the law library integrated system. ALA-accredited MLS degree and a minimum of three years experience in technical services/database management work in law libraries is required. Experience and working knowledge of cataloging tools and procedures, national standards including MARC and RDA, Library of Congress classification, subject headings and name authority files, and knowledge of OCLC searching, formats and record production.  Experience working in a network/library integrated system environment.  Physical requirements are within the normal bounds of an office environment.
