The School of Professional Studies is going to publish an edited Volume titled “Open and
Distance Learning System: Recent Developments” with ISBN in the month of November-
December 2015.
Papers are invited on the following themes. Papers will be selected for publication after blind
review.

6. Skill development through ODL
7. Research Methodology for ODL

13. Open Content Licensing/ IPR

15. MOOC

Guidelines for preparation of paper: The papers will be accepted for review in MS-Word
only. The title would in 14pt. and text in 12pt. (Times Roman). Author should clearly mention
the theme on the top of the paper. Reference to be given in APA 6th edition style.
Authors should write their name, address, designation, affiliation, contact no, e-mail ID on the
cover page. The abstract and full paper is required to be sent through e-mail only.
Declaration: The Authors should send a letter declaring that the paper is his/her original work
and has not been published elsewhere or has not been sent for publication to any other publisher.
Important date: Submission of Full Paper (approx 3000 words) – with Abstract of 250 words –
30th October 2015

You will be part of the Library’s liaison team that delivers the Library’s information literacy programmes and supports a wide range of information resources and research tools. You will be expected to develop and deliver teaching materials and sessions, as well as support Liaison Librarians in school liaison and collection development activities.

Under the direction of the Associate Law Librarian/Head of Technical Services, this person is responsible for supervising staff and coordinating activities of the Bibliographic Control Unit, creating bibliographic records for all library materials, and for the administration of the law library integrated system.
ALA-accredited MLS degree and a minimum of three years experience in technical services/database management work in law libraries is required. Experience and working knowledge of cataloging tools and procedures, national standards including MARC and RDA, Library of Congress classification, subject headings and name authority files, and knowledge of OCLC searching, formats and record production.  Experience working in a network/library integrated system environment.  Physical requirements are within the normal bounds of an office environment.
